The biggest issue is the HR DEPARTMENT .No hr in plant unit , the hr who sits in head office is just a puppet of higher official . Can't even take a solo decision and suffers from brain disease for sure... over all experience average...

Many things poor management,hr is there but doesn't work a single bit and high salaried too...No growth personal and professional .... try avoiding even if calls...

Ive a lot to say but in simple, don't expect for growth, work life balancing and reconization. Politics is te first lesson you learn.
