There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is give to new joinees

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

So much bad experience occurred.lots of struggle you have to do here and main thing is that the behaviour of manager and other office people so bad.

...od machines. They give you traing period into company roll but only for 7months. The salary system is very bad and they cut unnecessary thing from your salary. In this time they dont gave us full March salary. In my opinion my work experience was good bt there systematic rules are very bad.

In my opinion there salary was very minimum. And they dont help you at any bad situation of yours.
