If I talk about covid-19 lockdown I don't which company help to his employs but flash electronics nothing to do us ,the Company don't give March month holidays salary 22-31For on role employees I don't know about permanent employees salary .also I m going last day of the duty before lockdown. If the company don't give salary just for 9days,how he can give the April month salary,I m very disappointed nothing to eat

Flash electronics is a good company and I learn lot of things in that training period like how to work with an given time cycle, behaviour with staff, self confidence, and knowledge about the products which company will manufacturing this will be helpful for my Carrier

I'm unhappy because of training period will be only 7 months at least it will be 1-year and salary should be less

...his all head position person ITI holder ...flz following Boss is always rule ..now salary growth work another person and benifit another person.. Company cantten so bad my advice for only freshers candidate plz join this company and Experience candidates don't join this company.. Every work follow Boss is always right rule..CTC different and offering different and in-hand different 😀😀😀

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
