Epp Trainee is bad comunity running by govt having salary of 6000 with Bpharm ,Appraisal not happening, No salary hike,No bonus, there is bond of 1/2 /3years before which you cannot resign, PF/ESIC not guaranteed

Lot of management politics, no HR policies, arrogant employees, no proper functioning, no interdepartmental connections, lots of gossips
