The company had lot to offer and the work culture was very congenial for growth . The company was growing as they had set up a new mfg. unit at Nanded. They had given all the encouragements and trust to take critical decisions related to hiring new service providers and gave free hand to operate the department. All good contribution was appreciated and suitably rewarded with incentives. The personal touch with the top management was very fruitful.

Dislikes

Currently the company is going through a very critical financial crisis and are unable to pay the dues to the employees. The HR department is also not contributing anything better and are unable to provide any encouragement to the employees to retain them . There is heavy staff turnover and any fresher are unable to cope up with this work culture. Suddenly the management has lost its touch to tide over the financial crisis it going through. Wish the company recovers from the same and settles its dues to its Vendors and specially to the employees.

I like to work in professional and motivated team, but then the team members who do not work and try to steal your credit makes unhappy. But thanks to HR-Head at corporate office very close observation to resolve these issues effectively

...d has an excellent work culture, work life balance and opportunities for growth. There is a good environment for work, salary is on time, job security(your job is secure),promotion and salary s good here, the leave policy is great(PL+CL+festival holiday) . Strongly recommend.

Epp Trainee is bad comunity running by govt having salary of 6000 with Bpharm ,Appraisal not happening, No salary hike,No bonus, there is bond of 1/2 /3years before which you cannot resign, PF/ESIC not guaranteed
