Salary and benefits are not very appealing, but the new pilot contract is about to get released. The level of coordination and communication between Operations, Scheduling and line pilots is atrocious (during IROPS). There are a lot of remaining items to be improved upon, such as customer support (for example after cancelled flights), seniority-based bidding system (all rosters get manual interventions which overrides your bids).
