It sounds very friendly, when you required for them but after completion of their moto, it will kick off you without paid salary.

There is no more thing to like but there is freedom for taking own decisions and salary on time because of Clint provide right time cheque. Management giving chance everyone for prove himself.

There is lack of training and no one address your problem' s solution. No carrier growth without guidance hence lack of guidance and no more opportunities for next level.
