You will definitely become asthma patient. 4. Non supporting management, you can not apply your past experience and skills.

Job is secured with FJM cylinders even if the manufacturing facility is fully shutdown, you will be transferred to any other manufacturing facility of JBM

Work culture is very poor, your personal time means none to the company, management puts too much pressure for nothing.

All are product 100% customers satisfaction. Like documentation, no any defect outflow to customers, also 5s systems and discipline maintain in shop floor,
