Worst management ever, production focused, and if anything goes wrong no one to support they start blaming engineers for their wrong doing. Working in this company will make your work-life balance hell. Can ask any employee he will give the same answer.

Job is secured with FJM cylinders even if the manufacturing facility is fully shutdown, you will be transferred to any other manufacturing facility of JBM

Work culture is very poor, your personal time means none to the company, management puts too much pressure for nothing.
