Employee friendly company . They usually do Friday fun activities . Eight hours of log in hours . Sat Sun Off . Management is open for new innovative ideas .

Job Security: Equivalent to govt. Job. if you unable to work, no issue company will pay you on time. Just pass the ball. Work Culture: HO work culture is good. People are very good at personal level. No work pressure, no targets, just chill your time. Also no matter what you work, no Appreciation either you do good or bad. If you want to do something better for company, no need coz no one wants the same. (Pehle aisa he hota raha hai, aage bhi aise he rahega). Management: Average, but for the company growth, management must need to think atleast. Must Need to take some strict decisions for the company. Company Policies: No policy, No rules. (My Life My Rule). Conclusion: Good for personal comfort but for career prospective its like terrible. (Specially for Male candidates). Excellent Place to Work : If your desire is like, working in an organisation with your personal comfort, 9 to 6 job, (Aye & Gaye), no need for skill development & learning.

Lack of Management involvement, Rules, Policies, Procedures, considering innovation. Lack of technology using. Even not keen to learning nature. No Appreciation, even no need to evaluate your work. Appraisal process is based on personal relations more, not/less on your work basis.
