There is nothing good about five splash infotech pvt ltd. Joining this company was my worst decision no proper salary and documents and no work life balance in this company

1. Salary not in time 2. Everytime recieving less salary and we have to raise query 3.Have to work in national holidays strictly but company not compensated at all 4. No increment in salary ,they just introduce new incentive plans for few months, which is very difficult to achieve and they stopped it

Everything. They are frauds and do not give salary on time. Deductions are made with no reason. Fake PF and other benefits deducted but never submitted. They manipulate data to show less work hours in order to pay less. Beware, it's a trap. Complete cheats.
