The place is good for a starter/fresher, it's ok, if you get to start here but not as an experienced person with 4+years experience. Some corporate benefits are available.

Dislikes

They will not increase your salary for years and expect you to perform better. They don't want to promote people who are working, instead want to select talent from outside so that they can negotiate the salary. The company has edgy people who want to you to do their work and garner the credit for it. The top management wants to only have people who are yes men around them. The Founder & Co-founder have sold the company to Cult Fit and are not bothered about the place. Work - Life - Balance is negligible, while the people are simply trying to put you down.

Don't even think, so how can I describe about that thing.

Dislikes

Worst part is that, people have on head position but they don't deserve. They even don't have shame to be there. If you ask questions about there department, they even can't answer ur single question. They know that no one is there to say anything to them bcose they are left and right hand of co founders, my foot. If something nice happened than manager come up and take all credit on self like he done all work, even manager will not say single word that this is done by that employee and if something wrong done than same manager put all responsibility to that employee. How can someone imagine to work here. I have many things to say but don't want to waste my time. So let it be.

I was hired by the organisation and laid off within 2 months without letting me know the exact reason for the layoff. When I asked the so called HR the reason, she said it is the decesion of the management. I mean what kind of organisation operates like this. They just played with my career.
