0% Job security. High target achived people favorism. Work Pressure - Insulting by saying that if you won't achieve your target your salary will be deducted. More of a mental torcher rather then pressure which demotivates an employee when it comes to sales. Expecting same target to be achieved as 1 year tenured people within 2-3 months. Overall - Not suitable if you are looking out for a sustainable job.

I love the fact that there is immense learning. Pay scale is good as per general market value. It is a hybrid job.

Dislikes

Non comprehensiveness or ignorance of middle management to burnouts or any kind of communication done, despite multiple attempts in doing so. But overall, a better place to work with than most other places. Enjoying the uncertainty and have immense excitement to counsel patients but would be happy if it got better in terms of middle management taking burnouts of employees seriously.

I took one day to think what are my dislikes about Fitterfly. but I could not identify a single one.

The product and technology , but the team is not strong

They give a higher package ( since ppl will only move to a startup if paid well) , the team is below average and their is a lack of vision and the can fire you anytime so no job security at all !!!

Initiallynwhen I started it was going smooth timing work life balance everything was good

Hiring of wrong people which became a reason for tge huge loss..now the conpany is closed I mean b2c process competly closed..one wrong manager came in the company and he did so bad due to which the process closed..
