No Job Security, Ego issues, PM is very egoistic, Feverism, partiality is there. Upper management is good, but when we discuss our concerns with upper management no use cause they listen only middle management. Middle people are ready to chop your head coming of their way. 0% Job security. High target achived people favorism. Work Pressure - Insulting by saying that if you won't achieve your target your salary will be deducted. More of a mental torcher rather then pressure which demotivates an employee when it comes to sales. Expecting same target to be achieved as 1 year tenured people within 2-3 months. In the last 3.5 years, I have had the opportunity to work in different departments across Fitterfly - marketing, content and now product. These transitions have not only helped me upskill myself but have also allowed me to explore different fields to find my interests. The best part is that people here genuinely wants to make a change in people's life and they strive hard to do so.
