I joined FITSPIRE as a fresher but my work & opinions are taken into consideration. Here I work as a lead and I’m only judged by my work and whatever I bring to the table. Everyday is a new and interesting learning, I can closely learn about how a business runs - positives as well as the hurdles it faces. I’m truly blessed to be a part of this organisation with such skilled founders. My thoughts and creativity are given appreciation as well as healthy criticism which makes everyday a fresh experience. I can guarantee about the experience, discipline and learnings that I inculcate from FITSPIRE will improve my personality and make me strong enough to make a valuable place for myself in this competitive world.

Learning to handle more than job at once. I have done event management, offline canvassing for followers, social media posting, create content and so much more.

I wish we could close work at an earlier hour. But such is the need when scaling a start-up.

Kindly stay away from the company hr is not good, deduction on every 1 min late, office politics and you can't even wear your decent choice clothes jeans not allowed, salary is not on time 10 to 15 days up no growth at all
