Good work and environmental in the work place. Fitness one provide me half of a salary for 3 months over all 6 months. Appraisals are Average and they give average salary.

Dislikes

Need more transperancy, Management should focus little more our issues. Salary is Average and career growth is slow.

Worst management. Once they come to know we won't work for them anymore they'll give more pressure and won't give ur Salary on date. Incentives will be not given for ur works. And the people work there will cheat u to get the incentives. Worst management ever seen

RICH IN OFFICE POLITICS not a good place for other state people to work older employee always degrade juniors nobody to learn new things from.. be a follower of manager and her gang u can work there peacefully if not u will b tortured until u quit

I was a fresher so in fittness one they took basic class abt what is strengthing,stretch,endurance,BMI,basic Nutrition,weight loss,weight gain,strenght training exercises. They teached theory wise as well as practical wise so it was so usefull and able to learn easily. Teammates also were friendly and teached how be in the floor with the clients

They is a slow growth. Did not give monthly incentive in the month on month but for senior most people will get but still i did not get tats very bad
