Well salary issues sometimes, PF stuck, my last reimbursement is still pending. These are some really important things where company needs to work a lot and make it better, I believe it might have changed also after I left coz it's been a long time I left but I still miss that workplace.

No they never supported in the pandemic they neither give us salary and nor employees provident fund. They didn't help me in pandemic even they didn't give me salary of my working days of march month i have worked 21 days in march month and they only paid for 15 days.

Need to hire good HR's who is responsible towards their duties and try to help employees when ever they are in problems because previously there is one HR who is very irresponsible towards her work and duties she dont have manners to talk ,dont have answers of the questions which asked by employees, dont have , she never ever replies on any email which is sent by employees, she never picks up the call on time and never revert back ,she is always having irrelevant answers of every questions and she thinks a person who is talking with her is a fool and she is very genius. Or Make a new committee who is listen to the employees and try to solve his/her query or problems. Or Try to conduct a meetings to share new things and listen to the employees in a same manner.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

It was a great teamwork. I spent good time with children while taking leapstart seasons. Learned new things. Luckily we had very friendly and professional regional manner who is always ready to help you.

The company has lot of potential to grow in the Education industry. Structural education program with open mind to innovate new products. Founder of the company is easily approachable. Various growth opportunities are available.

1. No clear HR policies. 2. Salary gets delayed due to several reasons every month. 3.Need to boost up salary base for beginner level of hiring also need to consider performance during appraisal 4. Need to have more engagement activities for all employees.
