They are not hiring dietitian, in-fact they are just hiring labourers at very low salary and now you have to do all the things, sale, counselling, follow ups, getting renewal, referrals etc..it’s better to become free lance and do for your own.

This job is about making sales, and the diet is not important. Employees must sell INR 100,000 plans and other products each month, which is very stressful. The managers keep changing offers, making it hard for workers and sometimes tricking customers. Some coworkers don’t know how to communicate well and copy what other companies do. During the first month, employees are supposed to train, but HR doesn’t explain how much the salary will be until the end of 30 days. Many people feel frustrated when they only receive 5,000. When they bring up issues, HR gives unclear answers, and the training sessions are not helpful. Overall, the work environment is tough.

Salary/appraisal like i think sometimes we used to work for 12hours but i find according to that our salary is not sufficient. 2ndly work life balance because whenever we need holidays we need to manage our work. we don't get holidays on festivals as we need to do work in prior.
