Such a Cunning minded company , There is no Structured rules and regulations ,rules can be changed any time to as per the management favor, i have worked the company about 4 years ,i have decided to move on for carrier growth ,i resigned the job i was served the notice 45 days out of 90 days ,they have deducted remaining 45 days Gross salary instead of basic salary, there are few people left the organization before me they were served one month notice only even they have not deducted the single penny

Dislikes

Rules should be common for all ,Name only is the MNC who they don't have any structure and policy, i felt ashamed i worked such a origination ,even small origination's they have proper structure
