You'll curse you're life everyday after joining ,, expecting a salary raise is itself a dream even for highly experienced employees,, you can expect treats to be kicked from job every now and then ,, Don't expect to be praised or motivated for doing good,, it has worst ever process "Vodafone" take that as warning my friend

The flexibility you get in work. Variable pay would be almost 90 to 100 percent every time

Some time WLB go into toss. Again depends on the project. Generally its like any other product based companies strictly following process

They doesn't cut QIP. Insurance policy is good. Good work life balance

Dislikes

Salary hike. Lot of politics for appraisal. Managers doesn't care about employee. When any issue occurs or release failure, the blaming comes to employee or team. If it successful, then the higher management takes credit.

...under them. when I was serving notice period the manager assigned me a POC task. At the time of performance bonus discussion, for which I was eligible, he did not give me any bonus saying that I did not complete the implementation. This was unfair as it was not possible to implement in one month's time which he was aware of. Later, more than 5-6 month's time was given by him and the TL as part of the implementation plan. I was very disappointed as I had 3 job offers but I chose FIS as it was considered employee friendly company. I will never forget this experience.

A good organization with ample of benefits and facilities. Opportunities to learn and grow. Work life balance is good. Flexible work hours.

Dislikes

Recent layoff. Less or no salary hikes. Office politics.
