When I leave the Organization after getting PIP so last salary and expance he did not give me also he is saying that in PiP term did not credited salary while that other company give the salary so this is disadvantag of this company

...y employee. incentives amount is too low. It doesn't feel like its an incentive. And as per night shifts the salary given to us is average, as night shifts affect our health. Thank you

Good work environment and culture. Teamates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and nice atmosphere. Company policies are good.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Everything was great, they make u learn new techniques and equipments,well provided lab, good pay, they supported me very well during my pregnancy. A very good company to work until u start a family.

continuous extra working hours Made me exhausted, only reason I left, except this everything is great and everybody are good.

I had been working here for 1 year now, there is no trust issues with the management. Means they do not micromanage. Also leaves policy is also very employee friendly. Management listening to you always whatever you want to express.

Dislikes

I'm not seeing much growth here as I don't see much company investing in your learning. Also some people playing very dirty politics.
