Company has employee friendly culture and offers competitive pay as per market standards. Work life balance is decent and varies between project to project. It follows flat hierarchy so its easy to approach leadership

Dislikes

This is purely service based organisation providing resources to FNB and RMB banks in south africa. So you will be working as an contractor for client and would need to follow everything as lter them like holidays, appraisal, shifts etc. Management cares more about its business than employee benefits. Flat hierarchy means Little opportunities in vertical growth.

Likes

The exposure to work with Soth Africa teams is good learning experience. As a fresher or executive level member, the company can be a launchpad, but only if you are on the business side.

... has little to no importance. There is also conflict of interest in the HR Team. The HR HEAD owns their own recruitment consultancy and it is evident that all the higher compensation roles are hired through that consultancy alone. Policies is another issue where compliance as per law is rarely followed. Example, the organisation does not give leaves on public holidays of 26th January, 15th August and 2nd October. These are given as Work from home, and the employees are not compensated as per law. Secondly, female employees are indirectly made to work late hours beyond those mandated by law, without providing company transport facility and male colleague escorts. Last and definitely not the least, the employees are treated without respect and with utter disregard to their physical and mental health.

FRSPL Is one of the best organization in India. I have been working here for the past 2.5 years and I have learned new technologies because of SA manager who has always supported everything. We have developed projects from Scratch and he consistently appreciate our work. Benifits- Annual International trip Yearly performance Bonus Health insurance Other allowances like telephone,fuel and travel

Less work stress as we are working in product based company, Good incentives and increment as per performance rating, no office politics etc.

Dislikes

Compulsory 2 days per week policy get strict but it's not major issue for local employees.
