One thing is good: lunch is provided on premises (not all company provides that at this operating scale). Rest of all are either worse or worst at FirstRain for the role of research analyst. Such as- Zero Learning Job, Data Entry Job, Process Based Job (just like in BPOs - act on fixed set of commands daily and repetitively). One can easily get exhaust in few days. All the research analyst level job could be done mere by a 10+2 level candidate, still they hire B.TECHs and MBAs and destroy their career.

Dislikes

I disliked the Job the most, the sole purpose of joining any firm. The KRAs for research analysts are quite monotonous, repetitive with zero learning at the end. No one clarifies (Hiring manager as well as HR) those low quality job processes at the time of interview just to trap the well qualified candidates. Don't know why they call this job as Research Job. Other things I disliked is the favouritism to some particular people, who get good hike as well as promotion for no good reason. Managers always act like nonsense.
