There are alot of hierarchies to get permissions to work that needs approval on immediate basis.

Dislikes

No job security. If you start questioning on their errors, you’ll be cornered. And they keep changing policies in a way that no employee will receive the incentive and all the money is looted by the senior managers. Only those who have share in the company will have job security.
