Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

The work culture is amazing at first course. You get to learn a lot of things regarding work and also life. Its a flat hierarchy based company. The CEO and COO of the company are so friendly, helpful and kind. Engagement activities are the best here.

Dislikes

Though there is no politics, internally somewhere between a half dozen people it runs, if we ignore that and focus on the bright side, nothing else matters.

The place really makes you feel that you matter, your suggestions are heard and considered no matter which role you're in and chances to grow here are high. The other main reason why I like FC is that whichever role you choose (Auditor/Accountant) the work is directly related to the core subjects, especially accounting and finance, there won't be any other non-core work that will be assigned. Great place for someone who is a fresher to start their career at.
