The manager is egoistic Hello thinks himself is an owner of the company and treat you with a heavy burden of work and he will self will do timepass in name of work Event though speaking with dept head things did not change If you want to work here first you have to think that you should have to speak sorry because the manager wants to hear those word every time even you are hardworker and your work is good still they will put small talk just because manager ego got hurt.

FirstBit Solutions is just not a company it feels like a home. The people working at FirstBit are so warm. The companies culture is one to be praised for. Every employee here at FirstBit is testament of the culture and values the company holds. I am grateful to be part of FirstBit family. I get to learn many things on day to day basis. I am never said no or stopped for exploring new ideas and applying new techniques. The flexibility at work is recommendable. Everyone here motivate each other to be their best version.
