The team I work with is great. No training environment. Security of the job is not there considering that the higher management always do power tripping. No career growth. Salary/appraisal is not good - even if you’re a performer. Work environment is not good. Manager always push for an over time (note it’s unpaid). Since it’s a collection department even during ramadan I remembered being asked for an overtime. Work life balance doesn’t exist in this company at all! What they need is a robot
