Few new leaders have spoilt the culture. They think they are the CEO of the company. The HR Head has double face. She is something else on the face of management and very rude to the employees in person. No job security. They hire and fire people.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
