I have not seen any thing good yet

Dislikes

This company is just collecting interviewees' data. Their interviewers are not professional and they will start calling their friends during interviews without being mute. Even the person who had internet connection issues however was not ready to accept and rudely blame me. Also, no manners about professionalism and did not have enough knowledge; seems he conducted interviews just for extra money.

Pathetic choice for interviews to be outsourced to firstipo. They don't even know what they are doing.

Dislikes

This was supposed to be a java technical interview. But it seems firstipo doesn't know how to conduct the interviews, have decent employees who understand professionalism or have respect for others' time. It is not clear even if the interviewer is a technical person based on the experience, and seems like a regular person who's conducting multiple interviews in the same time slot. Seems like a very poor choice for a company to hire this third party recruitment agency. The interview started with 2 questions - 1. Tell about yourself, 2. Describe project structure and roles. The interviewer asked to share screen and gave a DS problem. Then he went away for 30 mins. Flat. Didn't get any response when I kept speaking or called for him. After coming back, not sure even if he saw the solution, as no further questions or clarifications about the solution and just told HR will get back to you and closed meeting abruptly.

Worst Management, I feel very worst here , they will tell to employees and after employees until they are working here the management will put a pressure on them that we need to give a best google reviews,for employees no option they will give bcoz they are working their,and withought valid reason don't remove the employees and while leaving give them proper reason through email not by word, and don't give fake promise, whatever you want to tell write a email to candidates bcoz we realized you people are trust worthy we can't believe on your words
