Horrible place to work. Worked there 2 years no appraisal, hire and Fire, No Management, Billing process is horrible, billing manager plays politics and partiality, Cab facility is very poor. Job insecure.

...n works like Remote Control. Politics and Partiality is on Top. Job is Insecure. People come and Leave this Company after salary. My advise not to join this company they will spoil your Career

The only positives aspect of the organization is the company name are its name only which provides Temp work from home and few left good past images of the past images, No drought salary is on time always. But there is no work security's, Because the director of company is very cheap and can dismiss you anytime with butch of data report which provided by theirs chatu managers( Tu samjha .. nahi tu nahi samjha...), Additionally he has access to your laptop camera's and audios and can see and hear you at any time....Even while you are on leave (( Section 5 (2) of the Indian act 1885- with rule 419(A)) of Indian telegraph (amendment).

Self - Respect is a very important aspect of one's well- being, as it can be greatly affect one's mental and emotional health. The work-life balance is Nonexistent, with constant pressure for production and inadequate payment collection. The upper management lacks efficiency and there are individual who engage in pointless micromanagement. Insecure Managers prioritize playing politics rather than focusing on theirs responsibilities' . They remain in theirs position solely because no other compact would offer than an associate level role. They resort submitting resignation papers multiple time as a tactic to negotiate for higher salaries

Unprofessional behaviour, HR and Higher level management never listen to employees. And politics being played by Sunit Durani and Supratim Biswas followed by all the HRs.

Good management, good life and work balance, good hr policies, HR comes to you and talk to you about your problems. so, really good HR team , every manger and team leader is good and have manners to talk to people. good trainings provided as per work. Overall good experience.

sometimes you have to stretch working hours to complete work, work growth is not much as expected. otherwise I don't find any.
