Now it is everything, 1. Only the Bucketing person will get benefits and promotions 2. There is a waste guy who is always behind ladies in the leadership, and he is the guide or deciding person for next managers, ai think of what managers we have and what can we expect 3. 5 layers of working group, but 10 layers of managing and blood auckers, as it is cost center based company and none of the managers contributing to get work or bring up next level of people 4.managers are scared of next level of people, if they bring them to light the managers job will be gone. Hence they will not allow anyone to go beyond lead

I worked at FIC (Now known as First American Indian) for 18 months. A totally friendly environment to work. There were lots of opportunities when I was working. I got a lot of appreciations and got recognized soon to move to next level. Because of a misunderstanding in my role, I quit by issuing an hand written resignation. Later a week, HR sent a letter to my home stating; as you didn't serve the notice period, we consider your services as termination. I felt bad as I did a lot of work for them. Though understood that it was important for me to serve notice. Later, I guess after 6 months or so they credited about 7k as my revenue share. This made me regret. I should have not left my job. This is a company where you can plan to retire.

Good company if you have additional income and looking for work-home balance. Not too many restrictions, as far as you are doing your assigned work on daily basis no one would question or ask you anything about breaks and whatever you were doing. Eight hours shift with 1 hour break and 7 hours of productivity. You will have lot of days when even 7 hours are spent entirely on productivity due to the amount of work you get.

Dislikes

Absolutely not for someone who wants to grow and learn new technology or skills. They are into Mortgage domain and there is hardly any growth in it unless you are favorite of management and get a promotion in as lead or manager. Lot of regionalism and favorism, no one cares about your hard work if you dont butterfying managers. Partiality even in HR department.
