It is the worst company I ever worked with. The owner of the company is abusive and abuse mother sister on Whstapp call He wants employees to work like military joining in the morning 7am and continue to work till he is awake Also he levy penalties for small things and deduct 500 for every mistakes Don’t appreciate your work, no humanity towards employees. Worst word is also not enough for him

I am employed by fantastic team and working with fantastic people. Everyone is so helpful and understands their employees so well. Such a supportive team always ready to teach whenever we ask any doubt. There’s not work load as a team we divide the work and work smoothly the atmosphere is so relaxed. Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
