First Flight Couriers Ltd gives me lots of opportunities to learn more. They to improve my self in computer. Another plus point is that my colleagues are come from different various culture and we all work with together and happly. I also like the company atmosphere they give respect to lady employees.

Dislikes

Salary comes late and work lod is very high . I have received lots of appreciation mail but our organisation never give any gift for those . And they take on roll for two years. . Once my colleague insult me but they can't take strong action .

The company is ope to innovation and readily adopts latest technology . I love the fact that I am a part of a team markets reliable high quality product and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent ,but growth is slow the work pressure is very high . Sometimes, o have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend office work in the evening and sometimes late in to the night.

Employees are good but due to management mistake the company now closed permanently

This company didn't diposit my epf for last three year also 3 month salary also all employees epf not deposited till time

FFCL is a training school & 100% job security but no any career growth, also too bad salary or, appraisal depend on relation with seniors. Over all to bad work environment or, career growth.
