An Honest Review after working 1 month in this CHEAP organisation. 1. Fcs Salary hike criteria is a SCAM and they make employees fool by using their trick of not cutting down the PF amount. They include PF amount into your in hand net salary and they inform you that it is your hike. In training I got to know this via VP "Arjun Thakur", that if we want pf then we need to opt for PF and then they will deduct your in hand amount 3,600 from your in hand salary.So,whatever Hike you are getting that is not ur hike its ur own PF amount included. What a Trap!!. 2. Their HR POOJA is so uneducated and unprofessional that she herself do not know anything about human resource and she is HR their what a foolish thing . FCS do not have Cab safety app, neither they have transport guards for females. When I told Pooja about this because my father was not ready me to continue in such place where there is no safety parameters. So, I told pooja I need to resign but I was trying to continue because I was in a need of money so I tried to rechecked with HR Pooja and Pooja replied, "If you want to resign u can resign but we can not hold other male employees for a female employee to get down first. If MALE EMPLOYEE wants to get down before we can not do anything and we can not keep guard as well we never keep them , we are running like this only ." THIS WAS THE FIRST CONVERSATION WHICH I HAD WITH DUMB HR . Then 3rd incidence happend when I actually resigned was related to the unprofessional bully behaviour of a Trainer Coach Leena, I told HR and training manager Edward that Leena was making fun of me she was body shaming me including other male employees. Pooja Replied, If you want to resigned that is your decision she did not took any action. So , I resigned from such a cheap organisation where Leena herself was unfit and not so good professionally but she was making fun of me because I was late that day. She was throwing jokes infront of other 4 employees Aman,neil, Darrel and one more guy was there from the old OJT batch . When I confronted Leena that this is not right. Leena replied, "If I am taking my boys out do not mind they are just having fun." I was in shocked and I was so terrified after hearing her reply. As a being a women not an employee she was ruthless and shameless. She was herself was a joke being 25 yr kid managing training with her ugly childish behaviour. I actually did a big mistake by joining this company and wasted my one month because after resigning I got know their was one more girl from my batch who was asked to leave from the company and that girl got her salary before 45 days. I emailed about it to pooja and called her pooja said she (other batch mate) might received it by mistake when I knew the whole story where she requested , This was planned already and it was cheap behaviour of Hr. When I emailed Pooja about the salary my collegue received because I had call records where she mentioned that she got it by request. Pooja replied me on email that keeping call records is against to the law. Where she herself was doing work against to law by providing salary of asked to leave employee early and resigned employee have to wait. She herself was uneductaed and writing emails unprofessionally. Pooja was the first example of how is the company because if the HR is so unprofessional by her nature and so freaking dumb and cheap you can judge what could be the environment. FCS VP Arjun himself says a lot of lie in the training in the first meet itself. He is a biggest example of bol bachan. This company is wasted and their management is full of trash. Better not to join just for the sake of fixed shift because nothing else is there worthy enough to continue. Lot of pressure and lies and unprofessional cheap nasty behaviour of people. If you want to loose ur self respect go on.I am blessed and happy that I realised all this early and I saw and experienced and I left it early by God Grace.

The most important thing I liked is the management. They treat us all equal and like family. They'll support you in your tough times and appreciate you in your success. Mostly the upper management is go to here. You can absolutely knock their doors anytime and for anything. I've worked with other few companies but never been with any management as this. Kudos to all the employees working under FCS banner 👍.

I really don’t like, you never know when you’ll be fired and there’s dirty politics and vulgarity. Cheap crowd, no promotion and appraisal. TLs and managers are so rude and they all have settings with HR and they even date HR. Sick environment.

Good work culture, opportunities to grow and the Management always tries to better the process and are very supportive

Dislikes

Everything else is fantastic, however some benifits are missing like PF, rest everything is fantastic

First credit services laid off 100 employees in covid-19 without thinking twice that what will happen to our employees. Fcs is nt at all employees centric. They only want to make money. Pls don't join fcs
