Actually the company is open to innovation and readily adopt latest technology. And I love the fact that I was part of the team that works as a Bulk Teller, and it gave me the opportunity to receive several awards from different beaches I worked with. But I have moved on from the Bank for good after serving for more than nine years.

Dislikes

I dislike their attitude of lack of compensation despite the work pressure and after serving for about nine years, there was no compensation as I was leaving.

Likes

...for contract staffs because they are been employed through a consultant firm. Career growth was much, salary wasn't that good despite the appraisals. Traveling is once in a while, their might be politics. Learning, work environment, innovation & work- life balance was good.

Dislikes

The contract staff are not been giving enough room for growth, instead they will hire the ones they call experience ones and you the contract staff will still be the one to put them through.

Exposure, knowledge and self development.

Dislikes

As a contract staff, it's somewhat difficult to transit to a full or core staff. Then at the end of the day, after some number of years, like 8 years, people will be led off. Is actually disheartening. This is the case of over 90% of her contract staff. Then, inspite of the whole stress that even most of the contract staff work more than the core staff, there is no benefit of any sort, no exposure to loan, no matter how little, no profit sharing.

Likes

They organize training for staff once in a while.

Dislikes

The restrictions and culture are unhealthy for young energetic tech persons who are hungry for innovation. It's really difficult to do simple tasks due to security restrictions. Also, remote work is not allowed.

Likes

Basically there is no good memories to behold at this point.

Dislikes

The insensitiveness to customer demand and relegation of staff in present of customer in a bead to lay blame on staff over management inefficiency.
