Salary negotiation and salary structure. 10% variable thing is little unwelcomeing thing as per my view

Not much just job security is good with leaves in number though they may or may not allow you based on project

As you become well committed employee you get more work to be finished but the pay remains same

...re running in cloud. Good training facilities. Flexible timings Good policies. Salary is as per industry standards. Very good team. Encouragement to learn new technologies and take new opportunities. Free snacks and Tea. Short term onsite based on project requirements.

Dislikes

Limited WFH options based on project. Cafeteria is not great. No cab facilities for regular Timing.

Likes

Great work environment. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Company policies are good. It suits freshers and for people who want to stop job chase and settle. Technologies are sometimes a bit legacy based but are moving to cloud slowly.

Dislikes

Compensation is good but not the best in market. They have very strict information security policy which kinda makes the development process a bit long and a bit less fun.

Less work no work pressure. You have lot of time you can concentrate on you personal stuff only 8 hrs of shift timing unlike other company 10hrs working. You have lot of time stay in job improve your skill and move on.

Dislikes

...eer growth even as 10 yrs working as senior associate not as process specialist. Average salary not very competitive. Atmosphere looks like friendly and family but there would lot of backstabbing and gossiping. On self development you have much time so you can utilise your self and learning yourself.
