Its a great company to learn. Pay wise may not be that great. But overall good.

Dislikes

The policy towards experienced/employees staying with the company for long are now not in that good shape. Recently the policy is not that great towards those employees.

Likes

Job Security, People, working hours, Infrastructure, Location wise central. New and latest technology.

Dislikes

Compensation difference is more for same experience and performance. In shift, no allowance in morning and noon, Cab services also not provided. No Weekend work allowance or comp-off. Very less WFH. No Onsite. Very slow Promotions and hike very less.

Likes

Great work environment. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Company policies are good. It suits freshers and for people who want to stop job chase and settle. Technologies are sometimes a bit legacy based but are moving to cloud slowly.

Dislikes

Compensation is good but not the best in market. They have very strict information security policy which kinda makes the development process a bit long and a bit less fun.

Good package, Timely increments, Annual toures, Less work pressure compared to Service based companies.

Dislikes

3 years Bond for freshers. No scope for internal movement (IJP). Variable pay calculated from 1st Jan to 31 Dec but will be payed on March 31and lot of deductions in CTC. Zero onsite opportunities. No free food, Trasport is not free.
