...sional way of talking. The Team Leaders are useless as the A.M. runs the circus. Salary sucks. Workload is a lot. No Work-Life balance at all. Morning to midnight you only have to work by skipping meals only then the set target is achievable! They force you to work on Saturdays and Sundays and ask you to do 'CHARITY' for the company by not getting paid extra for working on the weekend.

... The calculation is very simple for weekend pay. You calculate you per say pay basis on your salary that’s the pay for your weekday and Saturday as well. Expect you’re forced to work on Saturday’s. During Interview they ask “ You might need to work on some Saturday’s if there’s Business requirement. You say Yes and boom. You’re forced to work every Saturday until unless you have a strong valid reason for not to. I mean we need to beg for weekend off’s without getting anything extra paid. I believe they must be paying but the corruption swallows all. The only thing I like about here is the process nothing else that’s the only reason I tolerate these people. Trust me guys I can go on and on but it won’t finish. The Management here is just terrible. Don’t do the mistake I did of taking reviews for granted. We speak our heart out here. Seriously guys I have never ever seen a Management as worst as these. They make few rules according their mood and the next week they only forget about it and when all of a sudden they remember they start scolding everyone around for not following them. Anyways you only get to hear scoldings here. I would Rate Professionalism -100(minus100) out of 1000. I hope I can reach you by my words how I felt working here. I found a word for work culture over here “ RUDE”. Everyone are Rude over here don’t know why but they just keep on screaming all the time. They’re only concerned about targets rest all you have to learn by your own. Trust me guys don’t work here find some other company. Don’t guys don’t.

First I used to like everything in First advantage, not only me everyone. Now everything has changed. It has became a third class company. No growth opportunities, no job security, No floating offs, no festival Offs, No planned leaves, if we plan for Leaves, Team leads & Assistant Manager will cancel the leave only medical leave we can avail. After achieving target also they won't allow us to enjoy they will say to work more, No proper transport facility they will clubb other routes people to save money and give trouble to us by picking up early and waiting for one hour to get other people pick up. There are many more things to say, by seeing things many tenures and new joinees has resigned from job. Very worst company First advantage.

Nothing

Dislikes

Lot of office politics. The management is only bothered about there salary and growth and not at all bothered about what is good for business. Sharing your ideas of innovation and being transparent and honest might lead you to be targeted and eventually lead to termination. No job security as well.

The Work environment was friendly, no delay in salary payment. Fixed week offs and national holidays were provided for employees relief of stress. Company benifits were very good.
