Selfish management, they just need a reason to deduct your variable pay, never join the reports team. No scope of growth because of their internal politics. They won't even waive off your target if the company is low on business and force you to consume your paid leaves from the kitty

Work culture before the pandemic was great to work with perfect management and companies policies.

Dislikes

... we the employees expect some support from the company which has not been given.self has not been paid the salary for last three months. We understand the companies situation however company should also consider our financial conditions. Some of us are sole earning members and if we don't get our salaries than how are we going to run our or fulfill our family needs. When ever company needed we exdented our support now it was companies time and it did not support us. Ever disappointed. Self gave my 10 years to the company and they did even think of my family.

...around 11-12 hrs everyday for meeting the unrealistic numbers set by management. The AM and SM are the most unprofessional people i have seen here nobody is helpful here and the pay s not even enough. The target set by the baseless management is unbelievable

The Work environment was friendly, no delay in salary payment. Fixed week offs and national holidays were provided for employees relief of stress. Company benifits were very good.

Dislikes

Employees are very introvert and never open up, manager is not friendly with the employees. Manager is overwhelmed with the authority and responsibility that he is provided, train the manager to save the companies goodwill.
