Only good thing is WFH

...sional way of talking. The Team Leaders are useless as the A.M. runs the circus. Salary sucks. Workload is a lot. No Work-Life balance at all. Morning to midnight you only have to work by skipping meals only then the set target is achievable! They force you to work on Saturdays and Sundays and ask you to do 'CHARITY' for the company by not getting paid extra for working on the weekend.

Likes

The Work environment was friendly, no delay in salary payment. Fixed week offs and national holidays were provided for employees relief of stress. Company benifits were very good.

Dislikes

Employees are very introvert and never open up, manager is not friendly with the employees. Manager is overwhelmed with the authority and responsibility that he is provided, train the manager to save the companies goodwill.

On time salaries are the only good thing

Dislikes

Selfish management, they just need a reason to deduct your variable pay, never join the reports team. No scope of growth because of their internal politics. They won't even waive off your target if the company is low on business and force you to consume your paid leaves from the kitty

No job security...they have put employees on leave without pay for two months for costing cutting and they lied about the salary while joining..no hike, higher management is very rude and manner less

Work from Home indefinitely. Comfortable working hours even though the shift is a US shift. Good work life balance

Dislikes

...s close to higher management have less workload compared to the ones who aren't. Salary paid is quite less compared to the workload. I genuinely doubt the hiring decisions of the Talent Acquistiton team as they hire people who have just have experience documents with a higher salary but have shown no growth in their career. Constantly issued documentation mail and getting into PIP because of their low API score. The organization does not recognize talented individuals.
