Before joining here, i have worked in other companies. here i find relaxation interms of work. Things are mostly arranged and in case demand is high, team is happy to support extra day. Monday to Friday gives work life balance however company check with us in advance to work on Saturday in case work pressure is high. If one is comfortable, can work or ask for another leave. Its not mandatory here. Flexibility is key here. Also we work with India TOP Brands or MNC's mostly. Learning is high.

working from last couple of years and everyday I'm learning something new. The Managers and Leaders are very supportive & encouraging, always sharing new ideas and implementing it with full enthusiasm. We get ample opportunities to excel. I wish with coming years FSG will reach new highs!

Growth mindset, constant learning environment, Healthy Team environment, Pay on time and extra earning regularly paid if performing good. Paid their employees during COVID19 time Even when operations were completely stopped.

The Idea was grow large, do some thing great in individual career and i found almost every one like minded people, trying to achieve the same.

For me, it was a great platform. People with lazy mindset won't survive here.
