- nagging, controlling, micro-managing, toxic and emotionally damaging boss who thinks he knows it ALL - no respect for one's personal life - while the world is attempting to move on from 5 day work weeks to 4 day, this organisation is hell bent on making it a 7 day work week - no scope for you to take care of your mental health - boss and management preaches to be "people first" and posts all kind of bull shit on linkedin, but does not practice ANYTHING

1. 12+ hours of work every day. 2. Too much responsibility on one person 3. Cannot stick to job role and description 3. Hideously understaffed 4. Tedious and obnoxious 'culture' 5. Boss will say what he wants, be as rude as he wants and call it 'forging you from a coal to a diamond' 6. No respect for mental or physical health 7. Will be expected to be available 24x7. Yes, even on public holidays and weekends. 8. Monthly 'appraisals' where obnoxious questions will be asked in the form which you have to fill out every single month. And this is not even linked to your increment / promotion appraisal. 9. They'll tell you that you can 'grow' but cannot acknowledge that everyone functions differently and pressure you 10. They call themselves a 'people first' workplace but have zero respect for your personal time, space and interests 11. You are not an 'asset' if you stick to just doing your job. 12. You're expected to work like you own the company but you get paid below industry standard 13. Your good ideas are good only if the boss says they are. Otherwise you are worthless 14. Boss will blindly agree to client requests without keeping in mind the employees' time and will ask to adhere to crazy deadlines 15. They will keep denying you a raise saying that you need to perform better. In their eyes you will always need to perform better I could go on but I'm tiring myself out

One of the worst companies I have seen in my over all experience. Firebrand labs is the place of partiality, under rated, fake etc. They will not think about our future, our family nothing. They want us to do work for them anytime. I have faced lot of issues with them. They will suck work from us but while appraisal time they blame us. Now I escaped from there. While I joining in my new company where (Novac). Where I am working right now, Novac wanted to know about me so they contacted firebrand labs have some words. Firebrand replied he was not good with us and they lied about me. But While I am working them, they were praising me for my performance and they tried to change my decision about relieving. But I didn't continue working them. So they started lie about me. But Novac didn't here them. And proving myself here. So my suggestion is not join in FIREBRAND LABS.
