They will not allow to leave, you will have to serve 90 days Notice period, Payout option is not acceptable. 4. Bad management 5. Too much work pressure 6. Not hiring new staff to handle such increasing work load. 7. Everything here is Manual, No automation. 8. Arrogance of Seniors. 9. Lots of politics 10. No Learning Activity 11. Trust me, Work pressure is so high, you will end up with Diabetes, Sugar or any health issues. 12. Attrition rate is high due to above problems. Think twicely before you Join to this organisation.
