I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

Unclear work timings, for anyone can call at 9pm to 12am as well (other than 9-7 official hours including Saturday) Unclear job roles Unclear planning or strategy Many weeks long chain of approvals for every decision, big or small, needs founder nod Uncaring leadership with a terror work culture

The exposure you get while working with them is something you will not get in other jobs. I joined as a fresher, left due to getting married but comparing them with my new job, in terms of exposure/team culture and job satisfaction , Finvasia was the best thing happened to my career
