Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

It's a start-up, you can't ask for a five star treatment. FinTrans gives you opportunities to learn and grow. You can't ask for benifits that currently given by well settled companies. Having said that, it gives you good financial base and career security. A lot to be done, will be by time.

May be the interaction between manager and team mates. Weekly/ biweekly meetings will boost the relation between managers and team members
