Don't give interview for this company, they don't have ethics and non professional, they will take 2-3 technical rounds first and later they will give online test for testing the 9+ years Lead. If they don't have budget or broke why they following these pattern. Instead you can keep your cut off initially. Instead of wasting crucial time of candidates

Lacks vision, lack of good leadership, people in leadership choose to ignore and lie about the real problems, Bad compensation structure, not very structured HR policies, finance department doesn't give clarity on payouts to employees.
