... is the place that you need to get into. Career wise you can grow like anything. But all of this comes with a price that you need to pay and that is giving up all other things and only focus on learning.

The environment is super chill, one can never complain about the work life balance. People understand the personal needs and wants and accordingly help you plan you professional life only condition is deliverables should not be compromised.

No dedicated learning platform. Extremely client centric which may not always be good for project.

Don't give interview for this company, they don't have ethics and non professional, they will take 2-3 technical rounds first and later they will give online test for testing the 9+ years Lead. If they don't have budget or broke why they following these pattern. Instead you can keep your cut off initially. Instead of wasting crucial time of candidates

Lot of scope for career growth and to learn various tools and technologies here. Team mates are cooperative. Training activities happen frequently. Managers(Meda, Sankara, Prabhu) with whom I worked are very good, friendly and have delegation. Though I worked as a contractor here, Fintellix treated(treats) us equally with permanent employees. Work environment is good and one can have work life balance here.
