Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

It quite pleasure to work this kind of companies. Because I am working as a factory Hr cum administrative manager. It's nice experience to lead a big manufacturing unit like this. The company started in the year 1972 and they are still in the market as leader in south India having major market share. The brand's they are operating is Lazza,Skei,Uncle John.The company is having 24 manufacturing units across south India and have exporting to Dubai and quatar.Now thay are adopting the most modern machineries.

Compensation and benefits to employee is too low or under the company standard. And the HR policies are not up to the industry standard.
