I'm working for IPPB relationship. This company is not a broker co it is a Referral Co only so you don't have any enhance in your career although you will degrade your career.

Dislikes

This is a startup & all the directors are near & dear to MD or CEO and these Directors are recruiting there near& dear person. If you don't have any links here you will be thrashed whether you are working excellent it doesn't matter. Some Directors have Zero % of knowledge they only depends on beauty of girls. They can change your department or designation whenever you will reply back to them. Money used as not in business development although used in for lavish but bill cut on the name of business but no-one cares ... These people will dissolve the co very soon. 2) there is only 3L medical insurance for employees but ID of that will be received by you after rigorous poking to HR. In my opinion never n ever join in this company. I m struggling hard as it's a mess only mess.

No job security, no timings for calls, it doesn't matter what designation you have been offered they can degrade you without any discussion. I joined as a team leader but they are not allowing to hire anyone in team.

Anyone can be your reporting manager, it doesn't care you have more experience or not if you are near and dear to your Director. Ladies are more favourate than hard working men, no employee benefits like health n all provided. If you have flattering capabilities then you will service. I will never suggest to join anyone.

It doesn't behave like a startup and call itself a corporate but in reality its No more than a traditional family business, revolves only on one person and other founders are just puppets in his hands. If you are not in sales then you are not human and not respected at all and treated like bonded labour. Many useless and not knowledgeable people are put on top positions and good talents just go ignored as they don't connect to their bosses so well. No professionalism in company or management, HR just does what is told by bog boss and doesn't think if its right or wrong. you will first be made feel special and go extra mile to benefit the company and boss just forgets everything and blasts at you for absolutely no reason and doesn'r listen to any justification or even allow to correct if anything goes wrong beyond employees knowledge. blames you for things went wrong although you may nowhere be responsible for it. Management shouts on senior people and in abusive language in front of all the staff on open floor.
