The was good and location is near to metro. Open door policy and leaders are approachable. Overall a goof company if you know what you want and stick to your business.

Dislikes

The HR department is not that great and the person who leads it is a fake feminist who doesn't have any ethics and values (both in professional and personal life). Despite getting fired from previous organizations this individual had the audacity to preach what is right or wrong.

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
